The metbel platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. metbel reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawal requests will be suspended pending investigation, and any Funds in the Account will be handled in accordance with metbel's internal underage gambling policy.
The metbel platform is accessible to players located in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where use of the platform is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on the metbel platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where metbel identifies duplicate Accounts, all such Accounts may be suspended, any Bonus funds credited to duplicate Accounts will be forfeited, and only the original Account's verified Funds balance may be eligible for return to the Player at metbel's sole discretion.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use a false identity, impersonate any other person, or provide misleading contact details. metbel reserves the right to suspend any Account where registration information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete, pending satisfactory verification by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your metbel login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. metbel will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify metbel's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
You agree that all activity conducted through your Account — including all Wagers placed and all deposits and withdrawals initiated — is your sole responsibility. metbel is entitled to treat all instructions received through your Account as having been authorised by you. If you believe a transaction was made without your authorisation, you must notify the support team within 24 hours of the transaction occurring.
metbel may at any time request that you complete a KYC verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. metbel reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC requirements are satisfied. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account closure.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. metbel may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule. Players will be notified via their registered contact details before any inactivity fee is applied. The Account will remain accessible and any remaining Funds may be withdrawn by the Player at any time following re-activation.
metbel accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
The minimum deposit amount on the metbel platform is ৳200 per transaction. metbel does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside metbel's control and are the Player's responsibility.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed within one (1) business day under normal operating conditions. metbel does not apply withdrawal fees on verified Accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified Accounts will be placed on hold pending completion of KYC verification. metbel reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and source-of-funds checks prior to processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
metbel applies a return-to-source policy where practicable. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible due to technical or operational constraints, metbel may process withdrawals via an alternative verified payment method registered to the Player's Account.
All transactions on the metbel platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). metbel does not apply currency conversion on deposits or withdrawals. The displayed balance in your Account at all times reflects your actual ৳ BDT balance without hidden conversion, rounding adjustments, or undisclosed charges.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the metbel platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. The specific terms applicable to each bonus are published on the relevant promotion page or communicated via the Player's registered contact details at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus play do not count toward wagering requirements.
metbel actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, collusion between Players, and any other activity that metbel determines to constitute an attempt to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, metbel reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the Account.
metbel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts prior to the modification, unless the bonus was credited as a result of an error or system malfunction.
All casino games available on the metbel platform are operated by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own published rules and paytable. metbel does not alter the configuration of any game provided by its certified provider partners. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the metbel platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, metbel's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. metbel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
metbel does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Where the platform experiences downtime or a technical malfunction, metbel will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly. metbel shall not be liable for any losses suffered by a Player as a direct result of platform unavailability outside of metbel's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
metbel reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other conduct that metbel determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to place Wagers or process withdrawals. metbel will notify the Player of the suspension via their registered contact details and will outline the steps required to resolve the matter where applicable.
metbel may permanently close an Account where a suspension investigation concludes that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified, or where continued Account operation would be contrary to metbel's legal or compliance obligations. In such cases, verified Funds may be returned to the Player at metbel's sole discretion after deduction of any amounts owed to metbel.
A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the metbel support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to closure, the Player must withdraw any remaining Account balance. metbel will process a voluntary closure request within five (5) business days of receiving all required confirmations from the Player.
metbel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, metbel will notify registered Players via their registered contact details and will publish the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the metbel platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which metbel operates as an offshore platform. metbel operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulations of that licensing jurisdiction.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the metbel platform complies with all applicable laws in their own country of residence or location. metbel makes no warranty that use of the platform is lawful in any given jurisdiction and expressly disclaims liability for Players who access the platform in breach of applicable local laws.
